Synopsis

Dying billionaire Derek Wolf hires surgeon Shaun to transport a kidney. The flight is delayed when Kim, mother of Jessica (who is engaged to Derek's grandson Erik), goes to the restroom. Shaun rushes her, and Jessica humiliates him. Mid-flight, Kim suffers a heart attack, and Shaun saves her life but breaks her ribs in the process. Jessica demands an apology and threatens to destroy the kidney. Shaun reveals Derek's critical condition, but Jessica refuses to believe him until she breaks open the briefcase and reads the name: Derek Wolf, her fiancé's grandfather.
