Synopsis
Maren, a seemingly perfect housewife, is trapped in her husband Gideon's manipulative scheme. He cheats on Celeste and colludes with his superior Dorian to forge medical reports, aiming to seize their children and property. Her son's drone captures footage of domestic abuse, pushing Maren to act. Realizing she's only a pawn, Celeste teams up with Maren to gather evidence. A violent neighbor accidentally shoots Gideon on a rainy night, and the drone footage clears Maren of all charges. Three months later, Maren opens Second Step, a community dance studio, leaving her trauma behind and embracing a brilliant new life with her children.
