Synopsis
Two years ago, Killian, a top Wall Street tycoon, drove his civilian wife Maeve out of Manhattan with his cold cruelty and elite arrogance. Heartbroken and carrying a secret unborn child, she fled without looking back. Two years later, Maeve scrapes by in Brooklyn, running a taco food truck to raise her brilliant, adorable two-and-a-half-year-old son Knox. During a street shakedown, Holden, Killian’s rebellious nephew, stumbles upon this earth-shattering secret. When the cold-blooded tyrant descends on the slums in a bulletproof convoy surrounded by bodyguards, determined to claim his heir, Maeve stands her ground, brandishing a baseball bat and firmly refusing to reconcile. Faced with nationwide online harassment from New York’s socialites and the merciless suppression of corporate capital, Killian drops every last pretense. He transforms into a devoted husband who will stop at nothing to protect his family. With a single phone call, he crushes billion-dollar empires into bankruptcy. Watch as the ruthless Wall Street tyrant casts aside all his arrogance, descending into a desperate, all-consuming fire of regret and pursuit to win back his wife.
