Synopsis

Ella, an overweight woman trapped by her boyfriend Jack’s manipulative “love” — he force-feeds her to keep her dependent — while her colleague Ashley steals her work and humiliates her publicly. With the help of trainer Dan, Ella undergoes six months of grueling training, losing weight and transforming into a confident, sharp brand director under the new identity “Eden Cole.” She returns to the workplace, exposes Ashley’s plagiarism, and cancels Jack’s crucial contract, completely crushing both betrayers. Jack ends up homeless on the streets, Ashley is robbed and abandoned. Yet after revenge, Ella feels hollow; she returns to the gym, where she and Dan acknowledge their growing feelings, ready to start a new chapter together.
