Synopsis
Chloe spent four years as the hidden mistress of wealthy heir Julian, pouring all her heart into him only to be cruelly discarded. She publicly ends their affair by throwing champagne in his face at a lavish party. When her little brother faces a life‑threatening emergency and needs an exorbitant surgery fee, Julian resorts to blackmail, threatening her brother’s life to bend Chloe to his will. Trapped with nowhere to turn, Chloe accepts a ruthless deal from Roman — Julian’s powerful underworld uncle. One night in exchange for life‑saving money and the resources to get her revenge. Roman has loved Chloe in secret for a long time. He storms into her world, shielding her from harm and gifting her wealth and status. After Julian and a pampered heiress humiliate Chloe in public, Roman steps in to defend her fiercely. They enter into a three‑month‑long lover’s contract. Chloe intends to leverage Roman’s influence to settle her scores. Yet she soon discovers this cold, obsessed tycoon has no intention of ever letting her walk away.
