Ep 1 – Ep 60

Synopsis

Isolde Ashford, a young professor at the University of Cambridge, has always prided herself on being calm, disciplined, and devoted to reason and rules. But before the start of a new term, one unexpected night changes everything. She loses control with a mysterious woman named Ophelia Grey—only to walk into her lecture hall the next morning and discover that the woman from the night before is one of her students. With an astonishing 99.8% pheromone compatibility rate between them—and the undeniable boundary between professor and student—Isolde convinces herself that what happened was nothing more than a mistake. Terrified that biology has distorted their feelings, she repeatedly pushes Ophelia away. But just as Ophelia begins to believe there may still be hope between them, she discovers she is pregnant. Soon, their private relationship becomes the center of a vicious campus scandal. Anonymous complaints, plagiarism accusations, online harassment, and carefully fabricated evidence threaten Ophelia’s reputation and Isolde’s career. Even worse, someone Ophelia believed was a loyal friend is secretly manipulating the rumors out of jealousy and obsession. Heartbroken and exhausted, Ophelia finally leaves Cambridge with her unborn child. Only after losing her does Isolde realize the truth: it was never the pheromones that made her fall. She had already fallen for Ophelia long before that night.
