Synopsis

The Kane family is cursed: the Lord dies before thirty. To break it, he must marry the Fated Maiden, have a child, and the Maiden will die. Chuan Kane marries Serena Jennings, the Fated Maiden, to save his family, while she agrees to save her father. Chuan falls for Serena and decides to protect her, even if it means keeping the curse. Manipulated by Vivian and the Old Master, Serena gives birth and is presumed dead. Five years later, she returns and runs into Chuan and their child. They clear up their misunderstandings and rekindle their love.
