Divorced on My Birthday, I Inherited $40 Billion

Synopsis

On the night of her birthday, Trevor slides a divorce agreement across the table to Angelica, determined to end their six-year marriage simply because she has never given him a child. His mistress, already five months pregnant, blows out Angelica's birthday candles in front of everyone, while his mother offers her a $50,000 check and demands that she leave with dignity. Angelica doesn't argue or shed a single tear. She calmly signs the papers. Because just three hours earlier, she had received a call from her lawyer. Her grandfather, whom she had never met, had passed away, leaving his entire $40 billion business empire to her. When they meet again, her ex-husband comes seeking a partnership to save his company from bankruptcy, never realizing that the woman seated at the head of the boardroom—the one holding his company's fate in her hands—is the very wife he had cast aside. But just as Angelica begins reclaiming everything that was taken from her, an even bigger secret comes to light. The one who was unable to have children was never Angelica. And the baby growing inside the mistress's womb... was never her ex-husband's.
