Synopsis

Defying family humiliation and public ridicule, Merit marries the seemingly destitute Kaji. In a shabby hut, she practices remarkable folk medicine and wins Kaji’s deep affection. Driven by envy, Nefti frames Merit and tortures her in prison. At the moment of life and death, Kaji reveals his royal identity and punishes the villains. After surviving war, plague, and the admiration of the Hittite emperor, Merit protects the kingdom with wisdom and mercy. She eventually becomes Queen and finds sincere, mutual love with Kaji.
