Synopsis

US billionaire Derek Wolf is dying. He hires elite surgeon Shaun to transport a donor kidney via plane for a secret transplant. Flight delays occur when Kim—mother of Jessica, fiancée to Derek's grandson Erik—goes to the restroom. When Shaun urges her to hurry, Jessica humiliates him. After takeoff, Kim suffers a heart attack; Shaun saves her, breaking her ribs. Ungrateful, Jessica demands a humiliating apology. When he refuses, she threatens to destroy the kidney. Forced to reveal Derek's condition, Shaun pleads. Jessica disbelieves him—until she opens the cooler and sees the label: Derek Wolf, her fiancé's grandfather.
