Synopsis

Derek Wolf, America's richest billionaire, is dying. He hires elite surgeon Shaun to transport a donor kidney via private jet for a clandestine transplant. The flight is delayed when Kim, mother of Jessica—fiancée to Derek’s grandson—lingers in the restroom. When Shaun urges them to hurry, Jessica humiliates him. After takeoff, Kim suffers cardiac arrest. Shaun saves her but breaks her ribs. Ungrateful, Jessica demands a demeaning apology. Faced with his refusal, she threatens to destroy the kidney. Backed into a corner, Shaun reveals Derek’s critical condition and begs her. Jessica remains skeptical until she smashes the case, discovering the label: Derek Wolf, her fiancé’s grandfather.
