Synopsis

America's richest billionaire, Derek Wolf, is dying and hires elite surgeon Shaun to fly in a donor kidney for a secret transplant. But the flight is delayed when Kim—mother of Jessica, who is engaged to Derek's grandson, Erik—goes to the restroom. When Shaun urges them to hurry, Jessica humiliates him. After takeoff, Kim suffers a heart attack. Shaun saves her, breaking her ribs in the process. Ungrateful, Jessica demands Shaun apologize on his knees. When he refuses, she threatens to destroy the kidney. Forced to reveal Derek's condition, Shaun begs, but Jessica doesn't believe him—until she smashes the box and sees the name on it: Derek Wolf, her own fiancé's grandfather.
