Synopsis

America's top billionaire, Derek Wolf, is on his deathbed. He hires elite surgeon Shaun to fly in a donor kidney for a secret transplant. However, the flight is delayed because Kim, the mother of Jessica (who is engaged to Derek's grandson Erik), goes to the restroom. When Shaun urges them to hurry, Jessica insults him. After takeoff, Kim suffers a heart attack. Shaun saves her life, breaking her ribs in the process. The ungrateful Jessica demands a humiliating apology from Shaun. When he refuses, she threatens to destroy the kidney. Forced to save Derek, Shaun begs and explains the situation, but Jessica doesn't believe him. That is, until she rips open the box and sees the name on it... Derek Wolf! Her own fiancé's grandfather.
