Synopsis

Derek Wolf, America's most powerful billionaire, is dying. He hires prestigious surgeon Shaun to airlift a donated kidney for a secret transplant. But the flight is delayed when Kim—mother of Jessica, who is engaged to Derek's grandson Erik—decides to use the restroom. When Shaun urges them to hurry, Jessica humiliates him. After takeoff, Kim suffers a heart attack, and Shaun manages to save her, though he breaks her ribs in the process. Instead of thanking him, Jessica demands a humiliating apology. When he refuses, she threatens to destroy the kidney. Forced to reveal Derek's condition, Shaun begs her, but Jessica doesn't believe him—until she smashes the medical case and sees the name written on it: Derek Wolf, her fiancé's grandfather.
