Boss, Your Wife’s a Whole Detective!

Synopsis

Three years ago, Jenny’s mother passed away from a serious illness, entrusting her on her deathbed to her best friend, Mia, a wealthy socialite. Arranged by Mia, Jenny entered a whirlwind marriage with Mia’s son, Charles, who then left the country for work shortly after. Three years later, Charles returns and, mistaking another woman for Jenny, accuses her of infidelity. Jenny, feeling neglected after waiting so long for her husband, grows resentful. Charles hires a private investigator to look into Jenny—who, by chance, turns out to be Jenny herself. Through their professional interactions, the two develop a mutual admiration, and with Mia’s encouragement, Jenny begins to feel hopeful about her husband’s return. However, at a family gathering, a misunderstanding leads Charles to believe Jenny stood him up; he leaves in anger and insists on a divorce. Later, Jenny is framed by Jennifer and Johnson, but Charles arrives just in time to save her. Hoping to reunite the couple, Mia arranges a bidding event, where Charles makes a high-profile bid to humiliate Jenny’s ex-boyfriend—yet another misunderstanding keeps them from recognizing each other once again.
