Blood Phoenix Heiress

Synopsis

Sloane was framed by her stepmother Vivian and sent away as a child. She grew up in the underworld, became the undefeated "Blood Phoenix"—queen of the underground ring. She gave up the throne and returned to the Hawthorne family as the lost daughter, determined to uncover the truth behind her mother Serena's death. Her father Arthur thought she was just a country girl after the fortune. Her stepsister Bianca saw her as a threat. Vivian smiled and handed her tea—laced with the same poison that killed Serena twenty years ago. On day one, Sloane pinned the house manager to the wall. In one meeting, she flipped Black Dragon's boss Drake. At the funeral, Bianca announced herself as the new chairwoman—Sloane dropped the DNA report: "You called him Dad for twenty years. You share no blood." Vivian and Trent tore each other apart on the floor. Arthur rose from his wheelchair, "alive," and sent them both to prison. When the truth came out, Sloane didn't cry. She turned and looked at Dorian—the little crybaby she tied a red string on twenty years ago, now head of Hart Capital. He smiled: "I've been waiting twenty years for you to look at me like that." She ruffled his hair: "Let's go, Little Dumpling. I'm hungry." He didn't ask where. He just followed.
