Synopsis

Loser Li Ergou gains the ability to talk to antiques in an accident; fulfilling their requests grants him their superpowers. Gu Meng, a daughter of the Gu Group, and a superpower organization both target him. Gu wants to collaborate to find her missing father, while the organization seeks to seize his ability, sparking a covert struggle. Lu Xueer, a Lu family heiress, falls for Li at first sight, making her fiancé Ye Shao—an organization member—resent Li. Ye sabotages Li repeatedly but fails. After Ye's father dies, Ye hits rock bottom; the organization takes him for genetic modification, making him super-strong and invulnerable. Li falls for Gu during their time together. Jealous, Lu teams up with Ye to test Li, but Ye lures Li into a fight and dies. Gu is devastated to find the organization's professor is her long-lost father Gu Mingda. Lu repents, vowing not to hinder Li and Gu. At a grand sea auction, Gu takes Li to retrieve antiques. The organization sends Matsushita Wugen and Gu Mingda to snatch them. Li wins repeatedly, enraging Matsushita, who attacks. Gu Mingda sacrifices himself to save Gu, resolving their differences. Li exhausts his lifespan to kill Matsushita and protect Gu and Lu, then collapses and is hospitalized. The last antique's power revives him. As they celebrate, a mystery figure watches from the ward door.
