Synopsis
In the 10th year of the Trojan War, a giant wooden horse stands at the city gates. Helen, branded the face that launched a thousand ships — the excuse for a whole Greek invasion. Cassandra, the mad priestess — no one believes a word she says. While the whole city celebrates the gift from the gods, only they hear the clink of armor inside the beast. From bitter enemies to sworn allies, they outwit the royal court, open secret tunnels, and evacuate women and children, fighting for survival against divine will and royal pride. Then the horse breaks open. Hell descends. Helen is imprisoned in Sparta, tearing up the victors’ lies. Cassandra is trapped in Mycenae, staring death in the face — and never bowing. They cannot win a war already lost. But they will claim their own fates.
