Synopsis

Corinne, fleeing her wedding in a bridal gown, and Andre both end up at an apartment rental office due to a landlord's mix-up and become reluctant roommates after bickering over who gets to stay. Later, Corinne lands a job at a rising ad agency, only to discover that Andre is her boss. A colleague grows suspicious of their relationship and spreads rumors. While Andre defends Corinne, he asks her to keep their cohabitation a secret. Despite the gossip, they gradually fall in love. When Corinne's ex-fiancé, James, appears and tries to win her back, she rejects him, leading to her being slandered at work. To Corinne's disappointment, Andre initially fails to support her publicly but secretly assigns her to a major new project. During a dinner with friends, secrets Andre has been hiding are exposed, intensifying the conflict between them. Corinne resigns and is tracked down by James, while Andre's mother arranges a high-society fiancée for him, throwing their budding romance into a whirlwind of obstacles.
