Synopsis
Kailuo Cheng is a blue-collar worker at the very bottom of Nut Shell City. His boss tests human nature with fifty thousand in cash. Kello chooses to give the money back, only to be dragged into a conspiracy. His wife is the daughter of a rich merchant who fled an arranged marriage, and his birth mother was his boss’s disloyal spouse. What’s more, the sunlight that blankets the whole city is nothing but a lie. Honesty is his sole weapon, yet it is also his most perilous flaw.
