A Good Doctor's Bad Karma

Synopsis

On her way to work, Dr. Song Xueyao is hit by Zhang Xiulan, who was riding a tricycle against traffic due to heatstroke. Ignoring her own injuries, Song saves Zhang and sends her to the hospital. However, Zhang and her children frame Song for the accident to demand compensation, leading to Song's dismissal. Song's husband, Chen Dongke, and mother-in-law also blame her. Xia Haoming presents surveillance footage to reveal the truth, helping Song get reinstated. Suspecting Song of having an affair, Chen demands a divorce and conducts a livestream with his mother to defame her. Song turns to Xia for help, who uncovers evidence of Chen's own infidelity. At court, Xia presents the evidence and witnesses, winning the lawsuit for Song. Later, Xia reveals that Song once saved his life. He confesses his love, Song accepts, and they start a new life together.
