Synopsis

A historic polar vortex cripples North America. When deadly -65°F blizzards hit, young mom Emma Carter drags her 8-year-old daughter Lily to Hale Shield’s private bunker. Her husband Jason waits behind blast-proof glass—but Lily’s entry wristband is on his mistress Vanessa’s wrist. Jason emptied their daughter’s college fund to buy spots for himself and Vanessa. He locks Emma and Lily out, saying there’s not enough food and oxygen. Lily freezes to death in Emma’s arms. Heartbroken, Emma dies beside her, hating herself for ever trusting Jason. Emma wakes up 72 hours before the freeze. Jason shoves a guardianship contract at her, trying to steal Lily, their house and all their shared money. She also unlocks an endless time-frozen storage space. Inside, time never moves; she can stock any non-living items. As her power grows, she remotely grabs tons of supplies, clears out whole cars, and makes warm temporary safe zones. In her last life, her husband betrayed her and her little girl died. This time, Emma won’t beg anyone for help. She takes Lily, cuts off all Jason’s money, and uses her old job as a national disaster supply manager. In 72 hours, she buys up failing supermarkets, medical warehouses, fuel stations, farm stock and hidden mountain bunkers.
