30,000 Feet Mission: Life's Wager

Synopsis

Direk Wongsawat, the country's wealthiest billionaire, is dying. He hires surgeon Chain to transport a donor kidney via private jet for a secret transplant. The flight is delayed when Keeta, mother of Janita (fiancée to Direk's grandson Ongsa), goes to the restroom. Chain urges them to board, but Janita humiliates him. During flight, Keeta suffers a heart attack. Chain saves her but breaks her ribs during CPR. Janita is ungrateful, demanding a humiliating apology. When Chain refuses, she threatens to destroy the kidney. Chain reveals Direk's condition, but she remains skeptical until she smashes the cooler, finding the kidney labeled 'Direk Wongsawat'—her fiancé's grandfather.
