Synopsis

Renowned billionaire Derek Wolf is on his deathbed and orders elite surgeon Shaun to transport a donor kidney for a secret transplant via private jet. However, the flight is delayed due to Kim and her daughter, Jessica, who happens to be the fiancée of Derek's grandson. Once airborne, Kim suffers a sudden heart attack. Shaun manages to save her life, though he accidentally fractures a few of her ribs during CPR. Instead of being grateful, Jessica demands that Shaun apologize in a humiliating manner. When Shaun refuses, Jessica threatens to destroy the donor kidney. Forced into a corner, Shaun reveals that the organ is meant for Derek Wolf. Dismissing it as a lie, Jessica smashes the medical cooler, only to freeze in horror upon seeing the name on the tag: Derek Wolf, her own fiancé's grandfather.
